Punch list from the city home’s inspection in hand and near the end of the repairs noted, I welcomed the plumber inside to do his thing.

Once he did the minor worthless repair item, I was presented a bill. It was FOUR TIMES more than was charged by the electrician and HVAC certified professional.

I guess water — especially hot water — is much more important than electricity and being comfortable. 🙄
