I’ve got to work on this intermittent diet plan crap. I do great not eating in the mornings, but at night? Not so great. I’m doing it so far, but it isn’t sustainable at this rate. I need to be a better planner.
With the 8 hours of eating time and 16 hours of NOT eating even a single bite, I’ve chosen to work with 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. When I eat dinner at 5:30 or so, I’m not hungry at 7:00. But come 10:00 PM, I want food! The 5:30 meal needs to be moved to 6:30 if I’m going to stick with this.
Thunder and lightning is the new normal.
Another round of storms tonight. Sheesh… I’m so tired of this!

We have a nightly ritual around here… the puppies go out for the last time and they get a big blob of peanut butter on a Ritz cracker (that I want to eat so bad I can barely stand it) before bed. Dharma wanted that peanut butter cracker so badly she braved the wind and rain.

The very second I took the photo above, I snapped another just as lightning lit up the sky. It almost looks like daylight!

The Internet has been out once and the lights flickered just a bit ago. So far, we’ve not lost power and the fiber connection is back up. I know there are people out there that just love storms. I’m not one of them.
