Late morning and it’s not hit 40° yet. That’s a stark difference from last week where it didn’t get below 70° even at night. I know it’s expected in mid-November, but it’s nippy out there!

ONE: Happy Veteran’s Day — and thanks to all willing to make the sacrifices for our country. They deserve our admiration and respect.
Two: Funeral will be on Monday for my Uncle Max. He will be missed. He’s the last of the McKain 13 — all of Dad’s siblings are now gone. 🙁
Three: Recipe for corn. It sounds pretty good and I think I’m going to try on Thanksgiving.
