Perry needs a box truck, a freezer, and a couple more Pit Boss smokers. Crothersville has a taco truck (that’s in Seymour this weekend likely making a lot more money than when they’re here), but what it doesn’t have a bbq truck. I’m a fan of bbq, and his latest dish (with a little help from yours truly) is the best I’ve eaten.
Great for any family gathering!
I personally would rather have this — served with baked beans, potato salad and cornbread — than the standard turkey, dressing, and mashed potatoes.
So while Perry isn’t likely to go on the road to bless the masses with his cooking prowess, I’m happy it’s available to me. The pesky neighbors said they wish he would’ve gotten that Pit Boss for Christmas years ago. 🙂
Still not enough snow to count…
It’s been hovering in the mid-30’s for the past several days and that’s a bit too warm for snow to hang around, even if there are a few flurries visible from time to time. Next chance for some “real” snow is Thursday — 4 days from now. I’ve got my fingers crossed!
