Seeing more birds flocking to the feeder near the front door of the barndo, I’m considering adding another feeder that I can see from my desk in the office/family room.
The feeder addition presents 2 specific challenges…
- If I can see birds on the feeder, that means that Dharma and Merida can see them too — and the birds that visit will know they’re being watched by 2 hounds that would love nothing better than to make them lunch (literally).
- The window that would work best with the outside landscape at the barndo is blocked from my view by a computer.
Colette doesn’t excel at photography.
While I’ve been taking photos of visiting wildlife, Coco wanted to snag a selfie of us in the car as I was taking her to meet her Momma.
Neither of us were looking great on a Sunday morning, but at least she didn’t cut off the top of her own head or half of her face. Never mind that the car we’re in looks like it’s about to enter a rollover accident. 🙂
As soon as she saw the photo, she jerked down the visor to check out her face in the mirror. She was tore down because the photo’s shadow made it look as if she has a mole on the end of her nose. She was making sure one didn’t grow there overnight. Heh.
