Today, I made a persimmon pudding by combining the pudding recipe from my Aunt Shirley and topping recipe from my Nanny. The origin of Shirley’s pudding recipe is unknown, but I don’t have Nanny’s — that’s why both ladies get the credit. The end result is not bad… but I’m not sure either of them would take credit for the creation. 🙂
Want to try it yourself? Here’s how to do it…
