I found a recipe for dog treats that I’m going to try this weekend. It calls for wheat flour and I didn’t have that — but it sounds easy:
INGREDIENTS:
2/3 c pumpkin puree
2 large eggs
1/3 c natural chunky peanut butter
2 1/2 c whole wheat flour
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat over to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. In a mixing bowl beat pumpkin puree, peanut butter and eggs for 1-2 minutes. Add flour and mix to combine. Roll out dough appox. 1/4 inch think. Use a cookie cutter, cut out shapes and place 1 inch apart of baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Dharma thinks I should make these now. 🙂
This girl loves peanut butter and pumpkin! Merida is good with both of those things too.
