I took the photo below a few evenings ago. Later, I read that evening’s sky in particular was the subject for many others to capture. Not only does this image capture the crescent moon, but that bright star is Venus.

This week should’ve included sunset #37 of 52, so I’m finally caught back up. I haven’t “really” shared one sunset per week, but I’m sticking to the plan for the most part. Right? 😉
With summer temperatures finally forecasted for the days ahead, I’m hoping I’ll be spending a whole lot more time outside enjoying everything rural life offers — including the new additions around here. Hard to believe this photo was taken near the end of June during the heat of the day and I’m wearing a turtle neck to keep warm.
