Our family Christmas is tomorrow — as I mentioned earlier… I have 2 celebrations on the same day. I’m looking forward to seeing Perry’s Mom and having my tiny family here tomorrow evening. But sheesh! I don’t know if I’m coming or going.
Getting through today will be the hard part.
I have to cook, clean and bake. I have a nail appointment and have to drive to Franklin to pick up Coco. I’ll have her and Ben here tonight. It’s almost 2:00 AM and I’m not yet in bed, even knowing the puppies will expect me to let them outside by 5:30 AM this morning.
I’ll have to pencil in a nap at some point. 🥱
I saw a meme today that said something about a list of why my house isn’t clean. The only thing on the list was: My dogs are alive. That’s 100% true. And after I’m gone for hours and come home, Dharma and Merida will act like they’ve not seen me for 10 years. Add company to that and it’s sure to be a shit show.
Good thing my Momma is picking up the slack!
Mom is baking a ham and bringing her world famous coleslaw. Yay for Mom!
