I’m a night owl. I stay up late and hate mornings. This morning, my Oura Ring let me know that the midpoint of my sleep last night was 4 hours and 21 minutes ahead of my chronotype (a person’s natural sleep shifts based upon when they are most energetic and alert).
I couldn’t believe it either when I crawled in bed just after 10:00 PM last night!
My body is tired and my sleep is trending downward. With so much snoring and dog activity, it’s time for me to figure out some way to get adequate rest. I’m too old for this no-sleep shit.
I’m typing this while having my first cup of coffee at 3:30 AM!!
Without enough sleep, I spend my waking hours feeling like Dharma looks…
