The house belonging to the person that made the offer on my house contingent on selling hers is now online. Honestly, it’s a GREAT house. A house that I think will sell quickly. It’s under $300k; it has more square footage than mine; it’s decorated tastefully; and it’s in an “ok” area.

I’ll admit, I worry that their 30-day offer isn’t long enough for the process to complete, but my realtor didn’t seem concerned. If you don’t buy one of our houses, feel free to say a prayer, throw good karma, or wish upon a star. I’d appreciate it.
