If my night’s sleep night before last was a 10, last night was a 5.2. One would think as you age you’d require — and get — more sleep. That’s not the case for me… the older I get the less I sleep. (And the more sleep I want.)
I could make my own ambient noise app with bird sounds.
The security camera that points toward the pool set off a bajillion notifications yesterday. The sun in just the right spot this time of year for shadows, combined with the wind blowing the chimes, was the perfect combination. That camera catches a whole lot of chirping and singing. Another one catches primarily action.
Here’s hoping for a better sleep night tonight. For me and everyone reading this. 🙂
